Comedian, podcaster and comic book writer Daniel Lobell (@daniellobell) joins Scott Ramsay to discuss his ConcertZero as well as his favorite concert. Daniel's grandparents took Daniel to his first concert, which was legendary composer John Williams. You'll find out that comedy was in his blood at an early age. That may be his ConcertZero but his favorite was none other than The Beatles drummer, playing with his All-Star Band.

The VOX founder and President, Shawn Sedlacek, tells Scott Ramsay that the first concert he remembers seeing was the legendary drummer, Buddy Rich, at Disneyland but he doesn't consider that his ConcertZero. The first concert that had a major influence on his life was Journey's "Escape Tour", in November of 1981, at The Forum in Inglewood, CA. Barbara and Mike Guidry joined host Scott Ramsay to discuss their ConcertZeros. Barbara saw The Jacksons while Mike went to the Day On The Green Festival, in 1979, that featured a stellar lineup. Barbara also tells Scott about her favorite concert, which was Prince, and even got to meet the late superstar. Host Scott Ramsay's longtime friend, Jim Harrington, had three amazing music stories, one being his ConcertZero, so Scott had to bring him in. For his ConcertZero, Jim saw Eric Burdon and the Animals, at the Shrine Auditorium, in the 60's. Speaking of the 60's, Jim sat second row for Jimi Hendrix, at The Forum, and may or may not have bootlegged that concert. Jim also tells a great story about a young Boston based band performing at Cal Jam in 1978.

Project Barley General Manager Zhanine Luttrell-Robie, or Zha to her friends and family, can give Martin Gore a run for his money. Her first concert was Depeche Mode and she gladly gives host Scott Ramsay her rendition of their hit, "Somebody". There's also an hilarious story about an accent that you have to hear. Zha also tells Scott that her dream concert, without question, would be Elvis.

Sophia Viggiano (@sophiaviggiano), Hudson Ritchie (@huddaddy) & Nathan Freedman (@namdeerf_nathan), from the band Sophia & Hudson, have the three best venues of any guests that Scott Ramsay has had on ConcertZero. Sophia saw her first show at The Roxy. Hudson saw his at the legendary Hollywood Bowl and Nathan saw his first concert at the even more legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, CO.

Host Scott Ramsay is joined by Jason Carver and Brent Reger, two of the founding members of the Hermosa Beach band Barley. Jason got a late start to the live music scene, his first concert was the Dave Mathews Band, when he was 19. Brent didn't wait that long, he saw Rush way before he could drive. Host Scott Ramsay and Kevin Deighton, Senior Vice President New Product Development and Product Management at Pelican Products, Inc., have a fascinating conversation about the music scene in the north of England in the early 80's. Kevin's ConcertZero was The Only Ones & The Teardrop Explodes. Neither band had major commercial success in America but that event got Kevin to see over 200 shows in the UK. Growing up as the son of a musician, Los Angeles based singer/songwriter Evan Brown has always had music in his life.
